after leaving me stranded in Portugal for two weeks, delaying me more times than i can count while traveling last year, delaying flights in/ out of Chch still because of ash, canceling Hannah’s flight home from the UK and now delaying her visit to NZ cause you can’t sort your sh*t out, it’s time you cut us some slack and be kind, please?
